DollarAndADream
play now sucks when you get to the shootout playing another person, one of the players have to shoot going the other direction... I think that's just the view you get of it, since you're set to "Prefer Up".
g_bassi13
Find it hilarious that they took out or gutted all the modes, except for the one that exists for people to hand them some further cash money. Not shocked that the game is horrible either. Haven't played it yet, but I don't intend to. It's not exactly as if I know anyone who has, or is planning to buy this years edition anyways. Niloc009
In contrast to the shit pile that the next gen versions are, the current gen games are great. Tuned up gameplay, much better rookie progression in GM mode, you can actually find good players in the draft, and the commentators are so much better. So what if the presentation is the same, the game is better than last year, and I'm pretty happy about it.

Niloc009
Missing a b, but you get the point. In your eyes, sure. But NHL is the main game I play. I probably sank >500 hours into NHL 14. Even if I only get half of that from 15, it's still a great investment to me.
Pears
Played this guy in HUT who either pulled a Crosby or easily spent north of 200. Had to actually go look at his roster after the game Stamkos - Toews - Kane Hall - Getzlaf - Perry Duchene - Kopitar - Giroux Bergeron - Kesler - Datsyuk Weber - Suter Karlsson - Chara Keith - Pietrangelo Rinne --------- I won 4-3 Even pulling a Crosby doesn't get you that team...He easily spent at least $100. Mimerez
I spent 50$ on HUT last year, and the best thing I pulled was a SOTW Skinner.

Plum
The game modes will be added in NHL 16, didn't the same thing happen when 360 and PS3 came out? NHL 07 didn't have some of the game modes but next year they all came back.

All I really remember is playing dynasty mode in 06, getting Bertuzzi and Naslund a lot of Cups.
DollarAndADream
I spent 50$ on HUT last year, and the best thing I pulled was a SOTW Skinner. Last year I spent probably $40 and I never got any special edition players at all. No TOTW or anything like that. Just regular golds every time. The best player I've ever had in HUT is Matt Duchene last year.
87Crosby
I spent 50$ on HUT last year, and the best thing I pulled was a SOTW Skinner. A friend of mine spent 600 bucks. he had Stamkos, Toews, Backstrom, Zetturburg, SOTW players. Then he quit playing in April.

Pears
Sounds like a loser 600$ on hut is gross.. Grow a pair and earn those players I'll never spend that much on hut, that's just an absurd amount of money.
Mimerez
The Skinner was 88 overall, worth about 50k pucks. The next best card I pulled was a Zajac, and he was only worth 4k pucks.
CaNuCkSLoUiE23
I was playing OTP on 360 yesterday, and some guy said he spent $60 on +7 boosts.
Beluga Whale
Sounds like a loser 600$ on hut is gross.. Grow a pair and earn those players I agree, spending any amount of money on hut is stupid. EA has set up the most ingenious system where instead of being a man and playing the game fairly like most people, you can just spend more money (On a game you already goddamn payed for) to take the easy way to having a better team. Amazing some people are so blinded by the greed of having "the ultimate team" they'll just hand ea cash for better players in a video game. Erik Karlsson
I can't believe anyone would waste money on HUT.... especially people who spend like $500+, just play the game.....
