MatthiasScores
Hey guys, I'm going to the oil kings vs Portland game tonight at rexall place and I figured I may as we'll keep a close eye on Cederholm. I want to know what to look for in his game and what his tendencies are. Not sure what the series is at right now but it's the whl finals so it's pretty big I guess, be nice to see what he does under pressure in a big arena and a hostile one at that (especially in the playoffs(whl of course not nhl )

TheRussianRocket.
why not just watch. Idk why you had to post that. OP is simply asking if anyone knows his style of play and etc so he can look forward to seeing them. Post was uncalled for and unnecessary. asian player
Big, strong, fearless, stay at home defenseman. He should work on his offensive skills in the dub next season

Ossi Vaananen
Big, strong, fearless, stay at home defenseman. He should work on his offensive skills in the dub next season AHL eligible, drafted out of Sweden, not junior. It'll be interesting to see if he goes to the Comets or not. Pretty much what asian said. He's a play for your team and not yourself kind of guy. Throws big hits, stay at home defenseman who will throw down with anyone. 73 Percent
look for a cabin built of cedar planks and logs.
Joel Heyman
Anton Cederholm is very much like a Volvo stationwagon, made in Sweden, not flashy, not incredibly fast, but he is sturdy, dependable, will get the job done, and hits like a truck.
Warhippy
Look for him to be a steady force on the blueline standing pat while Pouliot makes the plays. he's a truck on skates and is solid and dependable.
Gollumpus
From what I have seen (which is a limited amount) I would have to agree with all of the positive comments on this kid. He looks to be a good skater, plays a fairly physical game, and is a defense first sort of guy. While he isn't particularly gifted with offense (think Tanev) he will likely impress with his high +/- or Corsi ratings. I would not be surprised to see him being a top-4 d-man on this team in another 5 or so years. regards, G.

elvis15
Lots of great info in the Anton Cederholm Talk thread in the prospects sub-forum. You should check it out OP if you want more info on him.
Boudrias
He could go to the AHL but another season in the WHL might be a better idea. I guess it depends on how much TOI he would get in the AHL. Would log big minutes in Portland.

oldnews
You probably won't notice him much if he has a good game. I got a chance to see Cederholm live a number of times this year - he's a big, steady partner for Pouliot - big with decent mobility, he is quite a strong presence in front of his net, down low on the boards, and does a good job of holding the line in the ozone as well as making a good first pass in the dzone. Not a flashy game, just a steady, anchor type presence. If AV were still here he'd see a young Aaron Rome with more potential / a higher ceiling (jk, kind of...) King Heffy
Sounds good to me. We need to have more defensemen who can actually play defense in the top 4.
