William_Clarkson
To Pittsburgh: -Kesler -Higgins To Vancouver: -Pouliot -Bennett -2015 2nd & 3rd (1st instead, if Pittsburgh makes it to the finals) Pittsburgh likes it because they'll get immediate chemistry between Kesler & Higgins (who've been line mates for a few years now) and it will really help their depth goal scoring and their penalty kill, so they'll be willing to give up their prospects. Besides, Kesler is only 2 years older than Malkin and 3 years older than Crosby so he can easily become part of the Penguins' core. To Detroit: -Edler -2015 2nd To Vancouver: -Mantha -2015 1st Detroit has a few good forward prospects, so they can do away with one for another D-Man. Though Edler had a bad year, no doubt, but there are still some good spots (e.g. the Olympics), proving he still can be good. Tell him he doesn't fit with the team's plans and that he'll get a fresh start in Detroit. To Vancouver: -2014 1st To Calgary: -Jensen -Bennett -Markstrom -Detroit 2015 1st More prospects for a better one. Calgary can get their first line center in 2015. They aren't getting a D-Man this draft either, so they can get two wingers from us and a goalie prospect. However, this may be an over payment or an under payment by us, I honestly have no idea, so feel free to criticize. To Someone: -Hansen To Vancouver: -2015 2nd To Someone: -Booth To Vancouver: -2015 4th Draft: 4th-Draisatil 6th-Ritchie 2014/15 Season: Sedin/Sedin/Kassian Santorelli/Draisatil/Burrows Matthias/Horvat/Richardson Sestito/Lain/Archibald Hamhuis/Tanev Garrison/Corrado Stanton/Bieksa Lack Elliott (veteran mentor) 2015 draft Hanifin with first rounder for top D-man. Future: Ritchie/Draisatil/Mantha Shinkaruk/Horvat/Kassian /Gaunce/ Matthias/Cassels/Archibald Hanifin/Tanev Pouliot/ /Corrado Lack Feel free to criticize. HunterHorvatBure
Woah woah woah. That's way too much to Calgary bro. Trading Jensen that has shown something in the NHL on a small scale is a big risk for moving up a couple of spots.
JeremyCuddles
That is quite the trade for a pick not in the top 3. I'd offer that for Florida's pick, even then I feel it's an overpayment.
William_Clarkson
Take Jensen out of the Calgary trade, would it still be an over-payment?
Maginator
Calgary trade way off, I wouldn't even do Jensen + the Detroit 1st for Calgarys 1st. Jensen is just starting to make his stride in the NHL, why trade for another pick? It makes us wait even longer for an unproven prospect to develop. canucks155
Love everything except for Detroit and Calgary trades.Detroit one wouldn't work. Edler's not worth that much. He could't even get Mantha...Too much for that 4th pick. I'd do:To Cgy: JensenMarkstromBennettTo Van: 4th OVRThen I'd draft Dal Colle, I think next year has too many centers to draft one here. Makes no sense to draft players only to trade for other draft picks to draft again and wait longer.
