Asked to waive "no-trade"

So the new GM said they might have to ask some players to waive their "no-Trade"clause. He also likes the core. That troubles me in that their is no core anymore. A huge mistake was made after the 2011 final, in that they did nothing except get rid of gritty players. Unless some drastic move is made to start getting that fast paced skilled game they are talking about its going to be another dismal season. Still, things might get a little better with some new hockey people running things. It can't get much worse than it already is.

In before lock.

Not that I'm trying to be a rules Nazi or anything, but clearly you have never read the board rules...

Do you always read the instructions before you try to put something together?

If you were given those instructions prior to being able to even get the thing to put together and the risk of not reading them being you would no longer be allowed to get things to put together, then yes.
