Ask me anything [PATRICK KANE]

Patrick Kane

Recommended Posts

If you were building a team, would you pick Patrick Kane over Alex Ovechkin?

Hard to say, both don't play defense, but Kane has a more complete offensive game, but Ovechkin is the best goal scorer in the league, but has 0 defensive abilities... Probably Ovechkin, but if current cap hits are in play, I'd take Kane.

Why dont you have an 'avatar' ?

I like the simplistic, default, boring look I'm sporting right now.

who's the best mod?

Still trying to bulk? How much progress have you made?

I was an idiot and bulked to 200 but it was majority fat gain...

A natural Bodybuilders can only gain 2lbs of muscle per month for their first 8-12 months of lifting, then 1lbs per month after that for a year, then like .5lbs a month after that.

Potential Rate of Muscle Gain

Year 1 20-25 pounds (2 pounds per month)

Year 2 10-12 pounds (1 pound per month)

Year 3 5-6 pounds (0.5 pound per month)

Year 4+ 2-3 pounds (not worth calculating)

So around 40-50lbs of lean dry hard muscle can be gained by a natural in 3-4 years with solid training/nutrition.

So word of advice to those that are bulking up, unless you are a underweight (I'm talking rail thin) or trying to be a powerlifter/football player/sumowrestler don't gain more then 3-4lbs a month in your first year, otherwise you'll spend lots of time trying to cut that fat.
