Dion Phaneuf
The Anaheim Ducks are proud to welcome Semyon Varlamov as the newest addition to the Ducks franchise. The team is transitioning towards a younger approach and Semyon fits that bill perfectly as he is entering his prime. The Anaheim Ducks would like to thank Pekka Rinne and Olli Jokinen for their contributions over the past few years and wish them all the best in Edmonton. We got nothing but goods things to say about Pekka and Olli but just felt that a change was necessary.

y0shi
We would like to thank John, Brett, TJ, and Chris for their times in Tampa. Brett was the longest tenure of the bunch, and we appreciate his efforts when we were thin on D last season. Chris, John, and TJ all joined our squad at various times in this season, and we wish them the best on their respective teams. I'm sure everyone was wondering, why line up half the team on the waiver wire? Well, or squad has been underachieving, and with the cap constraints we anticipate with the looming returns of Hedman, Bolland, Brown, and possibly Torres, we needed to open up spaces and opportunities for some of our younger players. Guys like Allen/Tennyson have gotten tastes of NHL playing time this year, and we felt they are ready sooner rather than later. We are prepared to make moves to add quality depth to our forward corp. Marleau - Tavares - Okposo Hertl - Strome - Clarkson Desjardins - Bolland (IR) - Goodrow Brown (IR) - _________ - Torres (IR) Hedman (IR) - Boyle Josi - Orpik De Haan - Tennyson Hainsey Price Peters
theminister
While normally the Isles organization would be embarrassed and apologetic for Adam Lowry getting 15pims for an illegal hit and a subsequent 1 game suspension... It was on Patrick Kaleta... So we're fine with it.

Primal Optimist
Sweet, MB11 had successful surgery yesterday and docs think he could be skating in a few weeks, and perhaps playing before the new year. Matt Stajan has been skating....the return of these two dynamic players would certainly be an uptick for the Rangers, January is poised to be nice!
