He'll play behind our top 6 anyways. I agree with Plum. I'd go a smidge higher and offer up to 3.2m for 2-3 years. Gifted offensively, maybe a but suspect defensively. But I'd take the chance with him. Van needs another PMD or offensive juggernaut on the team. Rookie season he put up 37pts (correct me if I'm wrong, doing this off handedly), then in 11-12 put up 41pts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Play him on the bottom pairing thankyou, corrado should be in utica playing top minutes, if benning thinks we need an additional defencemen then either edler, hamhuis, bieksa, or tanev should be traded. IMHO, another option would be let stanton and corrado build chemistry together in the minors and bring in another defencemen to play with sbisa? Ie.
