Sweathog
Good for Columbus, locking him up long-term. I've always admired the way he plays, hard every shift, defends his teammates etc.

bleednucksblue
I like the type of game Dubinsky plays but this contract is ridiculous.

MayRayDown
I don't think it's that laughable. 2nd overall in points (for forwards) only to Johanssen and plays the game tough. Horton's contract sucks compared to this and wait till you see Kesler's next contract
RogerEpic5
Great job imo.

Its bad business. Guess I can see now why ROR is pissed at the Avs.
AFrame14
Hahahahaha... way too much $$$ and way too much term. Not really. He's worth it. Under 6 mil for Dubinsky is a solid deal.

Guess I can see now why ROR is pissed at the Avs. Points aren't everything. I swear everyone thinks the cap is still at $39 million. It's at $70 mil and rising every season. Dubinsky is a leader on that team and plays the game the right way. Good for cbj to lock up a key part of thier team
Angry Goose
Damnit. One of my favorite players
D-Money
Anyone find it funny that this is the EXACT same deal as Callahan got? Wonder if there is something there. Like Dubinsky having a chip on his shoulder over New York keeping Callahan and trading him.
Dogbyte
It's not that bad but these contracts where they are giving out term and top dollar are so bad for business. The problem is that the GM's have no culpability. They sign these huge contracts and then walk away years before the expire and screw the team over, and by then the GM is working for a competitor with no penalty whatsoever. saucypass
About one to two mil too much IMO. Six years is also stretching it a bit, otherwise it's a good deal!
cdubuya
Too bad kesler was too good to take his talents to Ohio. Good up and coming team with the assets we could have used.
Chalky
It does seem a little high, but it's OK, the cap will continue to go up....until the cost of running a team becomes so high that a ticket will be unaffordable...errrrr, I mean even more unaffordable?? TheRussianRocket.
Solid. He's a fierce player and gives it his all. Pretty much does everything. A bit too much money but other than that it's pretty good. ....wonder how much Ryan Johansen will seek now after seeing this
Fozzy
5.25 for 6 would of been my guess. Johansen is going to want at least 7 surely?
