I have an abrasive cloth I keep in the shower to scrub my head, then usually just use some soap or a body wash.

Regular volume was incredibly loud

Neighbour came over to ask to turn it down around 11PM

I woke her little girl several times.

I felt so bad. Hated being that guy.

Bought her flowers and a little stuffed animal for her daughter the next day.

I feel much better as a human being now.
