Nail
All players unsigned here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bzHGKFa0PEhy_pG1PQciN5Px97AAtJXqKBExZ1tDitk/htmlview#) must be signed ASAP or else they risk the chance of being put into the draft/free agency. If us agents haven't posted yours yet, we will get it posted ASAP, but I know that there are some teams who haven't even offered for them yet. If the finals end on Monday, any guys not signed by Monday will go back into the draft. If it goes to a game 7, you'll get a few extra days to sign them but I'm not sure that's a risk you would want to take.

Just my two cents, but in the future perhaps the League shall set aside specific dates for such deadlines rather than being dependent on a grey area / fluctuating time frame for teams who need to make important decisions about their roster and prospects moving forward. Just a thought.

Just a thought. It's tough to set a specific date when nobody is quite sure when the finals end. On the first page of the thread, Nail does have specific dates drawn out for free agency and being cap compliant. But re-signing players that will go back into the draft is self explanatory. If we all know that the finals are about to take place, it's just common sense to sign those guys prior to the the finals finishing.

You could just make the date the day after game 7, regardless if it goes to 7 or not.

You can extend them all once free agency starts, but they are all signed for next season.
kj29
Hey guys, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to resign. It's been a great, exciting journey from the very beginning of this league's existence, but due to a lack of time and interest, I just don't have enough commitment required to participate in this league. I've developed many friendships with my fellow GM's and created many memories over the course of my time as GM. My inactivity over the last few months have proven that you guys deserve a more dedicated GM, since Nail puts so much effort in running this league. Thanks to Nail for initially hiring me when I was only a newbie, with this league being my first experience as GM. All the best to everyone, cheers.
