The guy must be living the dream making $600k barely playing hockey.. Considering he's only played 3 (soon to be 4) years in the AHL since the lockout (and he wasn't waiver eligible before the 2005 lockout), I'd venture to say not many times ... The guy must be living the dream making $600k barely playing hockey.. He's been on 2-way contracts since 2011-12. He'll be making $100,000 in the AHL this year. And it's not like he's barely playing hockey - he'll probably be playing a lot more, in fact. He's no doubt higher on the depth chart for the farm team.
