DeNiro
Damon Severson, the guy we should have picked instead of Mallet, has scored 2 tonight in his third NHL game, and has 6 shots on goal... Thanks again for going off the board Gillis.
-Vintage Canuck-
Martin Havlat was hit hard into the boards tonight and left bloody. Feel better Havlat.
Canucks1219
3-1 for the Avs (against Ottawa) while getting destroyed in faceoffs. Damon Severson, the guy we should have picked instead of Mallet, has scored 2 tonight in his third NHL game, and has 6 shots on goal... Thanks again for going off the board Gillis. The thing that annoys me is that we used a 2nd round pick on a player (in his third year of draft eligibility) who had a breakout year playing alongside other older players. hockeyville88
Yikes, a few scary incidents already eh. The Dupuis one looks very similar to the Daymond Langow injury a few years ago. Hope the severity is not as bad. Langkow missed 376 days and 88 games due to that injury. I wonder if the woman on the ice is his wife. She doesn't look like a trainer or paramedic. Always so scary when the family is in the building to witness the incident. Best wishes to him

Nuxfanabroad
Man, did Scheids ever let a cheesy one in vs Wash. Hopefully he has a longish mediocre stretch, so we can forget about these trade comparisons...
MayRayDown
Martin Havlat was hit hard into the boards tonight and left bloody. Feel better Havlat. Was checked into a ref who instead of get out of the way tucked his shoulder and Havlat went face first into. Hate to see plugs (Ref, John Scott) injure talented players

c-a-n-u-c-k-s
Lucic just threw the game away going after Emelin.....now he's arguing the call again....and he's been tossed What a loser. Ruined the final minutes for his team, proved he's a classless, selfish (non team player) crybaby. Awesome.
Amish Rake Fighter
Malhotra still struggles with handling the puck but he probably saved a couple goals with some good defensive plays today. 62% on defensive zone faceoffs doesn't hurt either
