BeefcakeBo
Dutch Gretzky had a Gordie Howe hat trick in his first game against the Bruins since the handshake incident with the Bruins last playoffs. It started with a fight against Gregory Campbell, who wasn't happy with a hit from Weise. Later in the game Weise forced a turn over that led to being tripped up on the way to the net, resulting in a penalty shot and goal. He sets up Pacioretti for a one timer to get the assist later in the second period.

Amish Rake Fighter
Campbell takes a clean hit, starts a fight and gets dropped. Perfect, and so is that cartoon. Junior was probably screaming and crying on the phone to Daddy between periods.
Aladeen
Never liked the Weise trade. I am happy for him doing so well in Montreal but I think it was plain to see the guy brought a lot to the team. As long as he keep stickin it to the Bruins though, Montreal is probably the best place to do just that

HerrDrFunk
So happy that Weise has found a niche for himself in the NHL. Never mind the fact that his niche seems to be pissing off the Bruins
RonMexico
Weise is nothing more than a replacement level player. If he was on the Canucks right now everyone would be trying to trade him. The Canucks are waaaaay better off without him.
Bure1994Mclean
I always liked Dale Weise. He was a relatively good player, fought (albeit not that well) and could score every so often, but he was not appreciated or utilized for some reason by Tortorella so it's good to see him have success with Montreal. CALGARY!
Wicked, I never even knew he was Dutch. I like the Dutch Gretzky Gordie How Hat Trick!
Tragoedia
Wicked, I never even knew he was Dutch. I like the Dutch Gretzky Gordie How Hat Trick! The nickname pertains to the time during the lockout tearing up the Dutch leagues in Europe. Instead of going to play in a more competitive league, he chose to play in a league where he could dominate. He basically set a ton of scoring records in the limited time he played there. So for that, he is called the Dutch Gretzky, for his status as the best player to ever play in the Dutch leagues (if even only for a short while). apollo
Weise is a terrific player. So happy for him. Not surprised at all. The beat down he unleashed on Campbell was riveting.
Western Red
Boss is a huge Habs fan, and as my 2nd favorite team, I'm so happy we could gift wrap him to a team like MTL and seeing these performances makes me laugh quite a bit. Played out well
JeremyCuddles
Weise is nothing more than a replacement level player. If he was on the Canucks right now everyone would be trying to trade him. The Canucks are waaaaay better off without him. If we had Weise still I'd be more open to trading Hansen. Same player one fights and hits more then the other. Boudrias
If the new Canuck management had been in place last year I doubt Weise would be traded. Wow! Brent Sopel is playing 'd' for the Chicago Wolves. He has to be +40.
LeanBeef
Beaulieu destroyed Fraser in a fight too. speaking of Fraser, it's too bad the Canucks couldn't sign him (no contractsleft) after his solid young stars tourney with us.
