First trade could work I guess.

Boston does not need help on the blue line. They have enough prospects, they should start start to get healthier and Kelly is having a decent year and also has a NTC I believe.

Vancouver isn't going to trade Bonino and Toronto isn't going to trade a high pick which might just end up being 1st overall.

kelly barrf no thanks

Where's the minus button when you need it...

But Hansen for Despres is ok, but it's another left handed D and thinking that somehow works better than just keeping Sbisa, Hansen and Weber... Scratch trying to explain that, we ship out Hansen, Bonino, Corrado, Sbisa, Weber and a 2nd for Despres, Kelly, Franson and a 1st - and put Kelly as our 2nd line center?

Toronto trade for Franson and a 1st-I presume someone has drugged Nonis? This looks like Canucks are giving up way, way too little for such good assets. Bonino has value but should fetch less than Franson in a trade, Corrado has very little trade value, and obviously the 2nd going to Toronto is worth a whole lot less than their 1st.

As a standalone the 2nd trade for Kelly makes no sense to me from a Canucks point of view. Two young NHL d-men for a 34 year old?????????? Why?

The Pittsburgh proposal looks good from a Canucks standpoint-not so sure about the Penguins standpoint.

It seems the 3 trades are all or nothing-one wouldn't want to make the 2nd trade, gutting Canuck's defence, without getting the defencemen from the other trades.
