John Klingberg has been solid for the Stars. In this EDM v DAL game he made two fine defensive plays in a span of like 3 in-game minutes.

Update: He just made two good plays in the offensive zone. First was a pass to set up a solid scoring chance that was whiffed on. Second was a nice move around an Oiler (not the first time that has happened in NHL history) to keep the puck in the zone.

Update 2: Now he scores a goal from centre ice.

Looks like Brodeur isn't going gently into that good night (of retirement).

From St. Louis Blues @StLouisBlues

Blues President/GM of Hockey Operations Doug Armstrong announced that goaltender Martin Brodeur will practice with the team starting Friday.

Armstrong: “Marty has agreed to come in and practice through early next week. We will address the media at Friday’s practice at Scottrade.”
