LeanBeef
At least Ballard got him back for jumping him a few years ago.

Western Red
Not a big fan of that play, seems kinda cheap. But I really like this one because.... It's Corey Perry.

YEGCanuck
Anybody remember Hillard Graves who played for the Canucks years ago? He had to be the NHL's ultimate hip checker. This guy had a reputation the league over and he played for us for a few years.

Industrious1
I wonder if anyone has a vid of that old Ballard hip check that he got penalized for back in the day (clipping I think the refs called it)?Would be interesting to compare the two. canuktravella
a hurt perry is good for us in playoffs if he hyper extended it its a bad sprain or a acl which at best is hes gone 6 weeks or worst 6 months meaning he wont be in skating shape for playoffs hopefully kings play ducks in first round and its a war of attrition we can play flames and be healthy for round two
Dazzle
Not a big fan of that play, seems kinda cheap. But I really like this one because.... It's Corey Perry. Nothing cheap about a hip check. Once upon a time, it used to be more common but now it's a lost art. This also wasn't "clipping" either. Want to know what clipping is? Brad Marchand did it a few years ago. That's a classic clip versus a hip-check.
