Cards Against Humanity

Recommended Posts

Was wondering if any of you have played the infamous card game created by a group of high school alumni Just bought it on Amazon and was curious to see if you guys have played it,

whether it was with alcohol involved, and if you guys have played with family or friends. Would like to hear your guy's stories with the game!

Here's a link for those of you who haven't heard about the game.

Cheers.

This game is a gem. Alcohol is highly recommended, as it makes every funny card that much funnier. Wouldn't recommend with kids under 15, as most of it is pretty questionable at best. I work at Cactus Club, we have 2 sets of it, and after we're cut, the staff always sits around and plays.

I've watched people play it on youtube, and it seems really, really stupid. I can understand the appeal going up when you're drunk, but some of the stuff they say wasn't funny, it just made no sense. Just a lot of potty humour and sexual jokes.

Hence why being drunk is recommended

Careful who you play with though

As the czar (the one who chooses the winner for the round) I rarely pick potty jokes, especially if they make no sense. I prefer the racist stuff myself, but to each their own.

Edit: Here's where you can play online: http://pyx-1.socialgamer.net/game.jsp#

Everyone I have played this game has had a blast. It gets crazier and more entertaining with alcohol as does most things in life.

Highly recommend, also recommend the expansion packs. I strongly DO NOT recommend their box of crap they sell from time to time. It is literally a box of poo apparently.

First time I played, I cried repeatedly it was so funny. I hadn't laughed that hard since I first saw MST3000.

It does depend on the crowd though. My stepson edits the deck when playing with his in-laws, and it's not near as fun.
