CanucksHockey11
Looking to get a family plan but I don't know a whole lot about cell phone plans as I've only ever had cellphones paid by work. If the plan is 60$ a month is this for everyone or 60 per user? Also who has some of the best family plans? (I live in BC) Link to comment

So three people x 55 each. We share 2GB data, and all of us get unlimited calls and texts (MMS included) across Canada, caller ID, and VM. We also got all three of our phones for $0.Last time I checked, the price has gone up. Link to comment

Yeah it has. I bought my Note 3 outright last year and I pay $35 on the family plan. My wife subsidized her Xperia and pays $60 but because of their rate hike if she pays off the subsidy she'd be paying $40 or $45. We also got on last Christmas' data 500mb+500mb plan for $20, which seems like a steal since they're charging like $25 for 300m or some sht. Overall, our bill is like $130 after taxes and other stuff. When we first changed to Telus from Rogers (when moving from Ontario to Alberta, Telus coverage is much better in the prairies, whereas Rogers is better in Ontario) we were paying like $95. Dem phone subsidies. Link to comment
