Tom Sestito
https://twitter.com/Hope_Smoke Dreger on TSN Radio "Taylor Hall from a culture standpoint, not a on the ice standpoint hasn't been what they thought he would be" Dreger said he believes Taylor Hall will be shopped/discussed. Said Hall isn't willing to adapt. Dreger said he's choosing words carefully Dreger "when you're talking about moving a fundamental part of your core like Hall/Eberle you better be damned certain" Dreger said something along the lines of he believes of the core guys in Edm (RNH, Hall, Eberle) that RNH most reluctant to move. Bob Mckenzie is backing Dreger. “I don’t know that he’s uncoachable. I suspect that – if I had to guess, and it’s only a guess – if they’re thinking of trading Taylor Hall, Taylor Hall might be the first guy to say, ‘great’ after everything he’s been through. But when I look at this, I think Dregs is right. I think everything is going to be on the table and that includes, potentially, Taylor Hall.' Pears
Wow. Hall was the last guy I'd expect them to move but when you think about it he can get most value in return.

Bo.Horvat53
Good for EDM. Only a bold move like this will help them out of the rut. (As long as they don't get fleeced lol)

There's two players EDM wouldn't get fleeced by moving - Hall and RNH. RNH is the long term piece. He's developed a two way game, and is over 180 pounds now. Not the shrimp he once was, to say the least.
MusclePharm
I doubt many teams will be willing to dish out what oilers will want in return, he has similar value to duchene imo. Maybe a team thats going all in to win now.
Dekey Pete
Maybe they'll trade Hall for another first overall pick to waste.
komodo1970
As impossible as it would be for Vancouver to get Hall if it is true, he would fit in Vancouver like a glove. He plays the same style and has options here for line mates that could make up a future number one line while opening up all kinds of options now. But alas, as I said; It won't happen. Gurn
About time Edmonton moved some offense for hopefully defense. I hope the Canucks don't trade for this guy, good to maybe great player but keeps skating with his head down, equals not long for this league. Warhippy
Hall...really? Not Eberle, Yakupov or the like? Hall and RNH should be the ONLY 2 untouchables in the Org. If Mac T does this for anything less than a top 5 pick this year AND a stud player he's as bad as Lowe and I take back the nice things I said about him

I'd give them Markstrom, Shinkaruk (Alberta boy), Luca Sbisa (hehehe) and Brad Richardson for um......center depth.

Rick Grimes
Hall for Myers +? Hall for Hamilton? Hall for Shattenkirk?(EDM seems foolish enough... :X ) Hall for Chara+? Hall For Phaneuf?(Barf) Hall for Vatenen+? Hall for Seabrook? Hall for Carlson? I don't know, but if they don't get a truly elite defenseman back, trading Taylor Hall will just help kill the Oilers a little bit more. Taylor Hall is the last player they should consider trading. Wtf are they doing.

TheRussianRocket.
These Oilers really are stupid. Hall is the last guy you'd want to move period. He's a phenom, the best LW in the game today - so young too - and playing on a crap team. Keep Hall/RNH, everyone else is available from the forwards. Noseforthenet
Taylor Hall is a shining example as to why young players need time in the minors to develop a more well rounded game. His outstanding offence does not make up for his startling lapses in the defensive end. If he can garner a . 5 PPG defenseman who is good in his own end and a couple other good veteran pieces, they will help the team so much more than Taylor Hall being in the lineup can.
