TOMapleLaughs
Season saved. Given all their injuries to their D, the Jets are far more likely to be giving guys like Chia a call than we are. Sure we played like garbage for a large extent for the Dallas game, but we still barely lost. I think Benning may hang in there after all. If we get trounced by a team falling hard like Cgy though, then it's worth some more valid concern.
Master Mind
They needed to do something about their depleted blue line. Harrison for a 6th is a fairly cheap solution for the time being.
c00kies
Stuart wasn't in practice today, so there may be an even bigger need.

hatedkid666
Good trade. Helps Carolina tank. Helps a depleted Jets blue line
Mike Vanderhoek
They needed to do something about their depleted blue line. Harrison for a 6th is a fairly cheap solution for the time being. I agree, that was actually a good value deal for Winnipeg.
elvis15
First Enstrom, then Bogosian, then Trouba and now Stuart. Yup, all 4 currently injured. Enstrom and Bogosian could be back in January at least, but that's a few weeks of some pretty marginal defence. Harrison helps slightly.
coryberg
Would have been an upgrade on Weber (although I'd like a top 4 PMD ideally), 6th round pick is a cheap price and his 1.5 mil contract isnot bad value as well.

Provost
Keeps showing that there are decent extra bodies available for defence that won't cost you a ton. There have been a number of low value trades for guys (Leopold, Allen, Gonchar, Brewer, and now Harrison) who are decent fill in help and don't cost your future. I hope Benning has something bigger up his sleeve. We don't have depth at the position and we don't have anyone in the system knocking on the door. Canuck Surfer
^^ I've lived in Winnipeg. Beats Edmonton (lived there too) hands down. Nickelback is more exciting than the Oilers to boot. And Chad ain't that exciting...
