LOL nice win VC, sometimes you gotta take the serious underdogs if you want a solid shot! I would have never figured Edmonton to beat LA, especially after the Kings were already coming off a loss. Hard to believe that the only 2 western teams Edmonton has beaten were SJ and LA.

NYI 4@ Winnipeg 2

Tampa Bay 5 @ Buffalo 1

NYR 4 @ Florida 1

Toronto 4 @ Boston 1

Carolina 0 @ Pittsburgh 5

Minnesota 2 @ Columbus 3

New Jersey 2 @ Detroit 4

San Jose 4 @ Anaheim 3

Arizona 3 @ Dallas 4

Philedelphia 3 @ Colorado 1

Edmonton 2 @ Calgary 5 (Monahan with a hat trick, because I believe there was a car dealership here in town that promised anyone who bought a car from them in November would have it paid off in full if Monahan got a hat trick against Edmonton on NYE)

I thought I was doing good with getting 8 right, then I see you getting 10/11. Nice win, too bad Monahan didn't get the hatty

Heard Thornton got hurt in a hit by Stone(Ana). Anyone catch this?

McLellan

"Jumbo is fine. He'll be ok. He played three minutes and still found a way to get on the scoresheet, which is a credit to him," McLellan said. "After that, the way the group responded, there was a lot of juggling going on at the bench and everybody was alert and ready to go. We won as a team tonight." When asked if Thornton would play on Saturday though, McLellan said he wasn't sure because he hadn't talked to the trainers yet. All the same, McLellan went on to predict that Thornton won't be out for long. Jan 1 - 9:31 AM

Nice! Someone should make a standings list, just to make it easier to keep track of the wins/points.

Well based on memory I'll make one now. If I'm wrong on anyone's win # feel free to correct me.

Pineapples - 3

Gooseberries - 3

Vintage Canuck - 1

Calgary - 1

Brad Marchand - 1

Canuck Surfer - 0

If it's right, then we can just copy/paste it with updates, and add names to the list when other CDCers win.
