Please post either a number #1 or #2 in this thread every time you use the bathroom for the next 2 weeks.

I poo and pee a lot. I can't say I'll post here regularly, but I'd say I've done both at least twice today.

is it assumed that if you 2 you also do 1? or do you have to post both? i don't think i've ever 2'd without a 1 accompanying it. 1 comes first, followed by 2, that's why they are numbered that way.

I'd agree with this. I almost never do #2 without doing #1.
