Gross-Misconduct
Payback for that POS Bortuzzo's cheap shot on Jagr. I wish the Canucks had Jordin.
-AJ-
I've never liked Tootoo. I also didn't think the hit was as bad as everyone made it out to be. That said, good on Tootoo for standing up for his teammate nonetheless.
theminister
I understand that some people don't like Tootoo and some of the plays he's made but I have great respect for the odds he has overcome to make the NHL and have a successful career. Love him or hate him, you can't take away the fact that he's a groundbreaker.
N7Nucks
Did anyone see Virtanen stand up for Lazar against the Fins? We don't need Tootoo.

Mike Vanderhoek
The hit was not the worst, the issue was who got hit and whether that player should have been afforded a " let up ". Tootoo doing his job nonetheless. Never been a fan of his however.
Nuxfanabroad
Penalties confusing..Did Tootoo get two, too? To give two to Tootoo, is too much to ask?..Hey, who cut the cheese anyways?
Magikal
Did anyone see Virtanen stand up for Lazar against the Fins? We don't need Tootoo. The best part was how they played Stone Cold's entrance music as that was happening. I was hoping Virtanen would've given the Finn a Stunner

The Lock
To Tootoo or not to Tootoo? Are two Tootoos too many to have? Joking aside, I actually like Tootoo. I actually think these kinds of players bring more excitement to the game.

Trebreh
I loved it.. old school hockey, you go after our star players you pay for it. I wished someone stood up for Horvat after Despres tried to decapitate him in that Pens game..
Green Building
I know the Tootoo story well. I remember watching a bio on him several years ago as well. I respect the guy off the ice, and I respect the fact that the adversity he faced is also faced by thousands and thousands of others on a daily basis, yet he managed to beat the odds and make the NHL, thereby giving further hope to others like him. On the ice, mind you, he has laid too many cheapshots for me to like him at all, regardless of him standing up for his teammates which is a given in his position (enforcer). He is tough as nails though, and I sure as hell wouldn't want to scrap him.
