It's a shock value quote fer sure, but if you think about it.. it's not racist as the words don't single out any racial group. (though that intent may be there). For completions sake, you could add onto that anybody who is a non-contributing inter-provincial transplant. I'm looking at you Yukon Territories. Then again I am old enough to remember when Z95.3 was brand, brand new and when LG73 was a somewhat popular music station!
