24K PureCool
who is the happiest unemployed hockey coach in the world right now? I would still say Torts. The guy is getting paid bank to do nothing for the next few years.
oldnews
I would still say Torts. The guy is getting paid bank to do nothing for the next few years. I doubt that. Who knows, but it's rumoured there was an escape clause in that contract. He may have been bought out at a fraction. And what was Carlyle's contract again? Goal:thecup
If Nonis stays, he might hire Mark Crawford.Babcock might use the Laffs just to pry more money out of Detroit.Where is Shanahan in all this? What a mess. Why did they have to fire Carlyle right away when they (apparently) don't have a replacement lined up? The Bookie
Everyone talks about Babcock, but I've long had a feeling that Leafs management has their fingers crossed that Tippett becomes available.
73 Percent
If Nonis stays, he might hire Mark Crawford. Babcock might use the Laffs just to pry more money out of Detroit. Where is Shanahan in all this? What a mess. Why did they have to fire Carlyle right away when they (apparently) don't have a replacement lined up? because he might hacenter actually won a couple games. This way they can tank without being accused of doing so.
