One loss has turned into three straight with only 2 goals scored and 9 goals allowed. It's like last year all over again. This is exactly where the fall began last year too. Eerie. That period when we drafted and developed pretty much nobody is costing us now. Kids with a future too young to contribute now. Inevitable rebuild is inevitable. lul Powerplay. Improve that and we lose 5-2 instead, right? Horvat has the flu. Probably a good many others are in stages of it too. This team isn't this old and tired. Lots of regulars saw it before he did but were hoping he could somehow whip them to perform.Didnt work and now nice guy Willie is realizing that the soft, supportive approach can't do it either. DollarAndADream Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 The good thing, and that opinion varies between person to person on what a successful season would be, is that this team is still in a playoff spot and has games in hand on the others. This losing streak should be our wiggle room to get better. Make some moves Benning, you've seen what you've seen. By that I mean, some people think a successful season now would be to just gun for a higher draft pick and others want a chance at the cup.
