KansasCanuck
http://predators.nhl.com/club/m_news.htm?id=748752 Could be devastating as Rinne has every win for Nashville this season. Pekka will also miss the all star game. I'm a part-time Nashville fan so this sucks, especially coming against Vancouver.

Devastating to their President's trophy bid maybe, but they'll still easily be in the top
HC20.0
Hope he recovers soon. I like the Preds, and this is gonna be a big blow to them...
timberz21
Well, good news for my pool, as I picked up Hutton on waivers, for what I thought my have been a week or two.Now if Nashville continue to play the same way, might get me a few wins. Gurn
Wonder if they would trade for Markstrom or Lack?Shame about the injury, the guy was the leader for Vezina and possibly Hart Trophies.

hockeyfan90
Wow just as he was having subj a great season and on verge of a vezina and even possible Hart. Just horrible luck now if he doesn't win the vezina this year as a result of this.
Drive-By Body Pierce
The collision looked so harmless too... One of my fantasy hockey teams is going to suffer from this.

Apple Juice
If Rinne continues his stellar play after he comes back from this injury, no doubt he will still win the Vezina.

Heretic
Not Higgins fault...It was Volchenkov diving and taking the skates out from under Higgins that caused this collision. http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/gotta-see-it-crash-with-higgins-injures-rinne/ This is funny:

MoneypuckOverlord
did anyone feel bad for Vancouver the times when we lost Luongo for weeks? hell no. It's part of the game, happens to everyone, Nashville looks safe to make the playoffs, nothing to feel sorry about. Of everyone it was Chris Higgins, harmless play, if you want to blame someone, blame the Nashville player for throwing himself onto Higgins. Pekka Rinne is one reason why the preds are where they are in the standings,We all saw what happened to the preds season after Rinne went down with a hip infection for 51 games last season. How can you not feel sorry for Rinne after what he went through last season
