At the start of the year you get that questionnaire of the benefits you'd like to receive not everyone gets invited only the people who selected it as something they would want to participate in would have a chance of getting it. You get told before the season starts what your benefit is I got golf tickets and some crap at GM place that literally NO ONE went to had I known that I would have gone to just hang out with the players.
