-DLC-
So the rat race has gotten to you and you're about to ship out to an isolated, uninhabited island with nothing but your fitness gear and some tunes to keep you sane while you're away. You can take 7 (one for each day of the week) albums that will carry you through and be used for the duration of your workouts. You'll be there months, so choose carefully. What are you bringing along? Mine are: The Hip: Fully Completely & Road Apples The Cult: Sonic Temple & Electric Pearl Jam: Vs Rhymes With Orange: Trapped In The Machine Barstool Prophets: Crank 54-40: Dear Dear (forgot) I have quite a big selection of music but find that when I work out I tend to go back to my old tried and true stuff. I'm wondering if others switch it up or sort of have a "routine" that incorporates the same (or any for that matter) music into it? Link to comment

Neversummer
There is a record or CD player for albums on this remote uninhibited island? Jeez, I barely know what Albums are, prolly couldn't even name 7 without google - can't I just take a 32GB Ipod? Dral is onto something. What about supporting the local guy ... Daniel Kim's mashup for the last 7 years. Get a bit of everything so you won't be bored. Link to comment
The Bookie
Don't really like to 'workout' so I would spend my days hiking and jogging around the island, ration and eat the fitness gear to stay alive, and then spend my nights listening to Paul's Boutique on loop while smoking the 6lbs of mj I chose to bring instead of albums. That was an option right? Anyhow that should keep me busy until I find The Cave. Who wants the conch next? Link to comment

Or is this just a strangely veiled attempt at a "top-5 albums" list by someone who can't pare down the last two? Link to comment

Oh man, if I were still in a rock band, a "workout album" with those types of lyrics would be the best project ever. Link to comment
