HunterHorvatBure
To Van: Yakupov To Edmonton: Kassian Lack 2nd 2015 Virtanen-Horvat-Yakupov anyone?
Wilbur
If Edmonton trades Yakupov, it's going to be for something better than that. Sure they'll want goaltending, but if they're giving up Yakupov they'll want someone that is a clear upgrade over what they have, instead of Lack, who is probably just a slight upgrade (if not equal to Scrivens/Fasth). William_Clarkson
Might be enough, but Yakupov is still a former 1st overall pick so Edmonton might want a bit more back.
YEGCanuck
Com'on man, stop with the proposed trades with E-town. Yak is un-proven and over-valued. We don't need/want him on our team.

elvis15
So what if he's a former 1st overall? He's not lived up to that at all, with poor production and even worse defensive play, and yet people are ready to give him a former 15th overall power forward, a solid backup/potential starter and what will likely be a 40-50th overall pick to try and make up the perceived difference. Yakupov might turn it around, or he might keep up the same mediocre output. Worse yet, he might get frustrated and jump back to Europe.

DrChill
That should be enough for Yak. Rather send them Sbisa the Pizza man than the pick. They need big Dmen
ForsbergTheGreat
Now if you could only find a way to get Kane out of WPG and O'Reilly out of COL we'd be laughing..Atleast the papers would have plenty to talk about To EDM: Kassian Lack Gaunce To Van: Kane To Jet: Jensen Hansen 2nd 2015 To Van: O’Reilly To Avs: Bieska Vey Higgins Sedin Sedin Vbrata Kane ROR Yakupov Matthias Bonino Burrows Kenins Horvat Dorsett It’s armchair GM, I can dream these values work out. I don’t care how bad of attitude apparently these players have I’m tired of good guys working hard and still coming up short. I want to be entertained…. Is that not why I am here?
