Olynyk
I wonder if we put Kassian on a line with Dorsset and Horvat if he would wake up. He spends to mutch time skating in circles with no purpose. I think Dorsset could show him how to be a real power forward, play with energy, and purpose. What you all think! GMJB
I could maybe see it work since Kassian seems to do better with another physical presence on his line and Dorsett certainly is that.

Mackcanuck
Kassian will be scratched as soon as Richardson comes back, or traded before the deadline I don't want Kass anywhere near Horvat

He has been put there before - and the line was really good at generating chances. Only problem was - was kassian the driving force or was it Dorsett or Horvat doing it? I like Kass and believe he just needs the right guidance to reach his full potential. Not sure why you feel the need to take a dump on the guy. Horvat is looking great on the line with Dorset and Hansen, quality, so why would you risk screwing up Horvat in order to get Kassian going? ForsbergTheGreat
Why are we trying to create another Dorsett. Dorsett is a high energy role player that is effective on the 4th line. It's his job to got out there for 30-40 crash and bang. We have enough his energy guys (Matthias,Hansen,Higgins) we need more smart skilled players who can effectively uses there energy to create scoring chances. Do we want the sedins running around playing like Dorsett? Why are we trying to get Kassian too. There's a reason why Kassian has more points in his first full season than dorsett has in 8. Both players have a different purpose on the team.
Warhippy
Kassian Thread? Crap... Hold on let me get my Hunter Horvat Bure, Alf Stonker, Brick Tamland, Gross Misconduct listening apparatus on. *Inserts cotton to ear canal and goes deaf* Ahhh Ok continue

It was the negative vibe of the post I was directing my retort at. Mackcanuck seemed to portray Zack as some kind of plague to the team and that Kassian is as good as gone. So I was defending Kass you see.
