TOMapleLaughs
Source: Glencross. #Flames LW Curtis Glencross confirmed he's been asked to provide list of teams he would accept a trade to. Declined to say how many listed. He also says he's disappointed about how he's been utilized this season. ie. Welcome to the Johnny Hockey era in Cowtown. Not to mention the great Lance Bouma. Glencross 'likes what they're doing', 'is a team guy', but 'wants to go a team that can win a cup.' So is Cgy for real this year? Glencross doesn't think so. Anyway, a ton of teams are interested. Should set a bar for a Matthias trade imho. Matthias is a few years younger though.
RonMexico
I always thought Glencross came across as a useful player.
The Lock
Not that I've really seen his game, but perhaps Glencross should be working harder to fit on the team and not complaining about his ice time. Just because a player is discontent does not mean their say is going to be accurate. In fact, it's more likely to be bias in his favour.
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
when healthy he can be a solid 20 goal guy who can play in your top six. Would be a solid addition to any contending team...maybe Anaheim kicks the tires on the former Duck? Anaheim lost Matt Beleskyy for sometime who has had a solid 20 goal season for them, Glencross could help fill the void. or Pittsburgh? Since they lost Dupuis early this season they have been rotating wingers in and out of the second line with Malkin and Hornqvist.
Guest Dasein
Not to mention Sam Bennett is close to making his NHL debut as well

theminister
I always thought Glencross came across as a useful player. Definitely. You know how Edmonton has been long seeking that character 3rd line to help shelter its younger players? Well, I guess giving up on the Chimera-Brodziak-Glencross line for scraps was a bad idea. Apple Juice
I think of all the contending teams, Rangers and Habs could take a stab at him and slide in nicely as a bottom six player.

Zuongo
Glencross could be a good piece to add for a team looking for a rental
Fanuck
He's UFA at end of season. Flames obviously going to try and get an asset in return before he walks in July. He and his agent should have seen this as a possible eventuality.
Chalky
We could use another potential 20 goal 3rd liner who could possibly play in the top 6, go get him Jim.

Fanuck
Vey or Matthias for Glencross That's a lateral move in on-ice asset management this season and a negative move in future asset management IMO - no thanks.
Monty
Winnipeg also wants another middle 6 with Perreault out I expect the Jets to kick tires on Glencross as a backup option should the Leafs be asking too much for Winnik.

Spitfire_Spiky
He's useless. I was actually at the Nucks vs Flames game last weekend with a buddy who unfortunately is a Flames fan, and he started a "Trade Glencross" chant after he coughed up the puck and our whole section got in it. If the flames fans don't want him on their team why should we. EDIT:Spelling

I highly doubt he's useless.
