Dutch_Canuck
"Tkachyov is a shifty and highly skilled Russian forward that loves to generate offensive chances. He skates very well and generates good speed, has explosive acceleration and impressive lateral quickness makes him elusive with the puck. The tiny forward is a magician with his hands." We all saw what he did when he got invited to the Edmonton Oilers camp. Small forward but extremely good with the puck. What are your thoughts on him? Why would or wouldn't you draft him? (Another reason than his size) http://www.eliteprospects.com/iframe_player_stats.php?player=211956
Honeydew
I think his size will be a problem in the western conference but honestly I can see Oilers trying to pick him up for their rebuild but it'll make their line up pretty small where they kind of needing the size up front for their line up. Piggy Bank
I would sign him to the comets. Not worth a 7th rounder due to size. Tkachev and Cassels could be money next yr

Dutch_Canuck
Couple links to some footage of Tkachev Powerplay with Russia U18 I believe https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ni7mOf9FnK4 Poor quality, but a 4 point night. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VseBcZLAqpU

Tkachev and Cassels could be money next yr Definitely worth a 7th round pick, Edmonton will most likely snag him a lot earlier depending on how bad they want him back. In an interview with Vladimir, he mentioned that Edmonton told him they would pick him up this draft. Here's a link to the entire interview, all written no footage unfortunatelyhttp://thehockeywriters.com/interview-with-qmjhl-prospect-vladimir-tkachev/
