The same would be McDavid refusing to play for the Oilers if they win the draft lottery this year. No, it would be the same if someone like Ovechkin or Getzlaf said he would not report if traded to the Oilers for McDavid, because McDavid refused to play there. Ovechkin or Getzlaf would have ground to stand on as superstar veterans while McDavid (like Lindros) would be a complete self loving rookie douche-bag.
