Gretzky to Lemieux
I know that this kid has played great since the beginning of February, but I'm still not sold on his consistency. He shows flashes of brilliances once in a while but just disappears after a while. So my question is, are you guys sold on his play as of late or would you rather move him now that his value has gone up by quite a bit? (sorry for posting another Kassian topic) xD
VC420
I lke Kassian i say give one more shot, i doubt we could do much better even considering his current rise.

NotaSmartMan
Completely depends on what Benning could get for him, and you can bet he'll set the bar high.
Off_The_Schneid!
He's a good contract with the salary cap going down and a solid playoff run would boost his value

funkyfresh
Trade him. He still looks lost in the defensive zone.

desiboynux4lifee*******
This organization would be dumb to trade away Kassian. If they can't see they have a decent powerforward in him then forget the retool. Kassain fits this teams mold going forward. WTF like seriously,"oh he's inconsistent" okay if you want to play that card then time to admit Higgins, Dorsett, Sedins, all have flashes of being inconsistent too. Like wow guys, "Kassian did this omg, Kassian forget to backcheck, Kassian missed the net, Kassian forgot to hit." You guys are the biggest Kassian critics alive. Seems many of you are unfair in your assessment, since players like Higgins get free passes from this fan-base.The bottom line, time to build through players like Kassian they are rare and skilled. Big deal he makes a mistake, it just seems, anytime Kassian makes a mistake, this fan-base is ready to run him out of town. rant over/
apollo
Yes definitely we should move #9 .... To the rafters in 20 years. Kass is a beauty. Only reason he'll get dealt is because JB wants to take gillis' stamp of this team
Tangelos
His value is higher than ever. I say trade him
Lancaster
If it's an actual hockey trade. No point trading him for a pick/prospect.
mpt
Not worth giving up on unless it's for a bonafide top 6 power forward coming back in a larger deal

I doubt many people watch every other player that closely. Just watching Kassian and Higgins lately. Almost every time Higgins has the puck he skates into the zone and throws it behind the net, or in front of the net resulting in a turnover. Or he tries to get fancy and gets pokechecked. When Kassian enters the zone with the puck he almost always makes a good pass that usually ends up as a scoring chance, or atleast a shot on net. TimberWolf
If there was a no brainer trade that made us better for it with a staggering overpayment then sure But should he be moved because some CDC posters lack patience? Nope.

Baggins
1 - No he hasn't shown himself to be consistent. It takes more than a handful of games to be considered consistent. 2 - Although he's made improvements to play in his own end there's certainly a ways to go yet. 3 - He's finally showing what he can do offensively. 4 - No he shouldn't be moved unless the offer is extremely good. Kass potentially has a high ceiling. I'd prefer to see where that ceiling is before even considering moving him.

coastal.view
only players that should be moved are those ufas that are in contract negotiations and appear unwilling to sign and likely would walk in the off season those are the only ones who have value to us and if we cannot sign them then asset management considerations kick in any ufa that we are not in contract discussions with should say no one else should be moved assess the team after the season n and make any moves in conjunction with the draft or hockey trades afterwards until the start of the next season the team has earned the right to play out this season together
