But Minny and LA are playing very very well and have easy schedules. On top of that LA plays us three times before the season ends. We could very well miss the playoffs. Assuming the Flames are finished, if we beat the Sharks these two times I think we pretty effectively knock them out - again assuming Minny and LA keep up their winning trends. And I hate to say it but it really looks like we are playing the Kings first round. I hope it's a 2009 repeat and not a 2012 repeat. The Jets and Wild picking up the two wild card seeds. Yes, taking out the Sharks this week should end it for them, but the Canucks need those three games against LA. Not sure though if home ice will make it any easier on them. kchengc Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 We will continue our WWL-WWL trend.. so I voted W-W-L-W-W... and then i found that we are going to lose to the yotes while beating the blues (which we just did), the sharks twice, and the ducks... i guess that's about right as we also lost to buffalo but beat the bruins & the two NY teams recently. I don't have problem with this W-W-L trend even if this continues onto the playoffs... it just means that we are going to win the cup!!! GO CANUCKS GO!!! Lol if both Calgary and San Jose are done, there's no way Canucks fall out of the top 3 in the Pacific. At the most LA passes us for second. Hold off Cal/LA/SJ and the second spot is pretty secure, esp with the 2 points tonight. But yeah, 4 of the next 5 are 4point games and will go a long way to determine final placings.
