Electro Rock Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Unless you're only planning to remain in a location for a couple of years, paying a mortgage beats throwing money away on today's wildly inflated rent prices. As well, older houses, like the ones that make up the majority of the West Side, are money pits that even the rich in many cases seem to have a lot of trouble of maintaining these days.
