hatedkid666
Since the halfway point of the season it has been obvious who is going to make the playoffs in the eastern conference. All the spots seem to be more or less locked up, all but one. It originally seemed that the spot was going to be a fight between the bruins and panthers, but with some recent win streaks, there are some other contenders, like the flyers and senators. Ottawa is looking especially good with Andrew Hammond coming out of nowhere and stealing them games. Hammond is 6-0-1 with a 1.35 GAA and a 0.957 save percentage. So who will end up with the last spot?
elvis15
Ottawa could still push but Boston's in the front seat. Florida has Montoya out for a few weeks but will get Luongo back within a week apparently, so we'll see what they do from there.
Apple Juice
I'm hoping Florida makes it in and Boston is sitting 9th.
thejazz97
If Ottawa can ride Hammond to and during the playoffs, they'll make it to the 2nd round.
jdatb
Boston makes it. Vancouver makes the WCF. Vancouver dismantles LA, Anaheim, and Chicago in 12 straight games en route to the Finals. Boston has to take 21 games against Montreal, Tampa, and the New York Rangers. In the finals, Vancouver jumps out to a 3-0 series lead, but then loses 4 straight and the Cup. Boston wins the Stanley Cup.

RUPERTKBD
Boston. Hopefully Philadelphia though. I'm with Apple Juice. I hope the Panthers edge out Boston. I'd love to see Louie in the playoffs. Also, I hate seeing Clarke and/or Snider having any success...

roland
I'm going with Panthers. Just from a want-them-to-win standpoint

CALGARY!
Voted Boston, but really hoping for Ottawa, hoping to see as many Canadian teams as possible represented, as I always do.
Master Mind
Hoping Florida, or at least anyone but Boston, but it'll be them. Another possible Habs-Bruins matchup? Of course that'll happen.
N7Nucks
Florida. The man child Ekblad, The Ageless Wonder and Bobby Lu. They will find a way. Lol.
Coconuts
Hoping Florida or Ottawa. It'll probably be Boston but I'm hoping they crap the bed.

Hobble
Hope the Panthers (for their fan base) or Ottawa (canada). Boston can go suck a lemon.
RUPERTKBD
Anyone's opinion changed? Not really, but I'm still hoping that I'm wrong. It doesn't look good for Florida, but Ottawa might still pull it off. I'd also love to see things in the West finish as they are right now. We get the Flames, while the Jets get the Ducks, WIld take on the Blues and the Hawks play the Preds. Meanwhile LA and San Jose are booking tee times...
