A simple rolling up the window plus a reversed 90 degrees bending by the driver and that aggressor would be withering in agony on the ground with a broken arm. The worst it's ever come to is a flying coffee from my car to theirs and even then you've got to really set me off (it only happened once) Honestly sounds like you have anger issues. It's not like the guy was still attacking people or doing anything else dangerous. The guy even got back into his car for a while. No need for everyone to get out of their car and form a crowd.
