wallstreetamigo
I didn't get to watch last night's game, but I gather from the crowds gathering on various bridges and tall buildings, that Bieksa (and the Canucks in general) had an off night yesterday. What I find interesting about your post was that you chose make it when you did. The post of mine that you were responding to was made on March 16th, one day before Bieksa had an excellent game against Philly. Could it be that you are comfortable defending your argument only when it can be backed up by a poor game? And you accuse Bieksa of picking his spots. Or it could be that I was not on here much and did not notice your post until I did. But if it makes you feel better to try to imply that my opinion changes based on one game then fill your boots. I have had a lot of good discussions with you about players and such and in the years we have done so I sincerely thought you were smart enough to recognize that I do not "react" to one good or bad game in terms of defending my opinion. But whatever. Like I said, talking to you about anything other than Bieksa is great conversation and I learn a lot. This drivel you just put out, not so much. The Lock
It will make the team better. Bieksa is underrated on CDC. While he makes mistakes on the ice, he also adds to the team. People just like to focus on his mistakes while ignoring his grit and leadership on the team. Human nature can be so pessimistic sometimes unfortunately. Crabcakes
BoSang has remained in Utica for a reason. It's his defensive play. It's as simple as that.

I'm sure that's the case, but the fact is, when I see posters (any posters) who have a history of unjustified slagging a particular Canuck, you can rest assured that I'm going to be there to put forth an opposing position. You might remember that we had similar "discussions" about Alain Vigneault in the past. However, if it makes you feel better, you're not alone. I argued long and hard with a lot of posters about Alex Edler (among others) as well.
