Dion Phaneuf Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 Wasn't really all that reckless (seemed to somewhat have care of the public to a degree, nothing like the states in comparison) but his maneuvering in Fraser Heights and the use of Guildford Mall was legit. Surprised he didn't get caught..especially at the mall with officers right behind him. If he was caught that day, it should have been Walmart. Someone should have just thrown something at him.
