Kenins is certainly carving himself a full time roster spot. I dont really see him as a top 9 F. Good story, and its nice to have a hard working young 4th liner that plays a clean physical game.

Hopefully he continues making good choices with the puck.

It's good to know that Kenins will respond to tough love. Not saying WD should just go all Torts on the young lad, but it's reassuring to know that messages does reach that player.

He's had some good coaches to help him on his way to the NHL. If anyone could learn from Hartley, Crow, and Nolan as a young player its going to benefit them hugely. I actually see alot of Hansen in Kenins if he can turn out just as good as Hansen we would all be pretty happy.

It was that tough love that sent Baertschi to us, not all players respond well to that sort of thing. Good story though.

Don't get me wrong, I hate Hartley too, but Kenins isn't the only Canuck to have this kind of relation with him, Gino does too, going back to their days together on the Hawkesbury Hawks. Life is complicated.
