That's going to be Shero's problem - with Schneids in net, NJ won't be getting any top 3 picks. If Shero was smart he'd trade him for prospects and go with a tandem like Lindback-Ellis for a season, grab a top 3 pick next summer, then crack on from there. But he'd never do that.
