Poetry time with Jazz: "Butterfly"

I have another poem I'd like to share... I dedicate this poem and thread to the girl next door.

Swoop, swoop goes the net

But the butterfly a-flits,
idly avoiding the meshed cage of love.
Swoop, swoop goes the net
But the butterfly is resting and nesting
in the flowers of the adjoining field.
Swoop again, swoop again, and swoop thrice more.
But the butterfly, it flits
and my love goes unanswered.
Why, butterfly? Why? Why must you flit?
But the butterfly does not answer,
for it has no mouth.
Thank you.

The ship is docked and moored

thank you girl i adore

so i leave you with this poem

by the time you read it I'll already be home.

Nothing personal, dont shutter and cry

i just hop from girl to girl like a butterfly.

except butterfly sounds kinda gay

dragonfly helps with the manliness i am trying to convey

All the girls i know, i know you the most

Thanks for the memories and the bread i turned into toast.

It does have a sucking tube though, some one say it is superior to a mouth!

Yeah, but the butterfly can't eat a good burger with that thing...  :P

I was once told there are plenty

     Of fish in the Sea

Oodles of salmon,

     unagi,

                                       & bass

            To prepare delicious sushi

Now I see

                      It's all full of

toxic

                     Mer

                            cury
