With the disgusting marketing tactics going on ever the last few years there is little wonder these borderline pedo's go full blown. They are practically being groomed from a young age by the twisted ideals and values american advertisers are pushing on the public. Just turn off your TV's America and go spend some quality time with your family and guide them into adulthood instead of letting disgusting wretched slobs on TV teach your children. Pedophiles are wired wrong in the head and should be separated form the general public until they can prove they have gained the reasoning to not re offend. None of this bullet to the head crap others are spewing. Two wrongs dont make a right. They need constant therapy and constant supervision. But by their timeline his last "incident" happened shortly after his 19th birthday prior to meeting his wife. Edit* Here is the timeline as I've found it from two accounts. March 2002: A female minor told Jim Bob that Josh, who had just turned 14, touched her breasts and genitals while she slept, on multiple occasions. July 2002: Josh admitted to fondling a girl’s breasts while she slept. Jim Bob told police the family “disciplined” Josh but didn’t tell authorities. March 2003: There was, according to Jim Bob, “another incident.” Josh was apparently accused by several minors of touching their breasts and genitals while both asleep and awake. March 2003: Jim Bob told the elders of their church what was going on. No one told the police. March 17, 2003 – July 17, 2003: Josh was sent to a “program [that] consisted of hard physical work and counseling.” Michelle later said he was actually sent to a family friend in the remodeling business, and there was no counseling involved. 2003: Jim Bob and some of the church elders took Josh to Arkansas State Trooper Jim Hutchens, whom Jim Bob knew personally. Hutchens gave Josh a “very stern talk” but didn’t take official action. He’s currently serving a 56-year prison sentence for child pornography. 2006: A letter, written by a family friend detailing what he knew of the acts during the time Josh was accused, was discovered in a book loaned to someone else. I just cannot imagine hearing "well he was doing so good and we though he was out of the woods." and now little Suzy is in a lifetime of therapy so a pedo can get a second third chance ? I also don't understand how someone is supposed to learn something from watching this show, TLC should at least be semi educational in its programming (as per the networks name). I guess you can learn that having 19 kids in a vastly overpopulated and resource starved world is irresponsible and reckless...but I'd hope most would know that already.
