underrated Posted May 25, 2015 Share Posted May 25, 2015 I'm with thejazz on this one, St. Louis gets robbed. I agree that Malkin is a top five player in this league and they are very hard to come by. But Schwartz is six years younger, already a top 20 player and far cheaper. Backes is one of the most underrated players in the league. A captain who is big, strong, hits, scores, does it all. So tough to play against. jaskin is a good young player. Plus a first round pick. St. Louis would be putting all their eggs in the Malkin basket, and Malkin's team didn't even make the playoffs with Crosby this year. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
