NHL doesn't want them leaving the State. Anyone who thinks the NHL is going to turn down 500 million expansion fee from Las Vegas, Quebec, eventually Seattle and Southern Ontario in exchange for moving a team and collection a 100 million relocation fee, is nuts or worse! "IF" this team moves out of state at some point, it will be to a region that has an existing arena, but the league knows they can't squeeze a 500 million fee from. Think Kansas City or Portland.
