A very big thank you to OTTS who sent me the missing card for my deck of tim hortons 15-16 NHL UPper Deck hockey cards..along with THREE lundqvist's hahaha...the only one I was missing from my 100 card set, he also sent me a Stamkos subset card and a LaFleur subset card, and their checklist....

I am now only 16 cards in total away from all the subsets filled, and i have the main 100 card set, omg, and I am starting a three day weekend right now with a glass of wine. Whew!!!! Thanks again Otis, you made my week when that pack arrived. : )

now onto all things GML!

Logan Shaw with his 2nd Goal

Atkinson 2 Goals

Raffl seems to warm up ...1 Goal tonight

Perreault 1 Goal and 3 Assists

scoring is not our problem  ...out defence has no real offensive punch , gelinas is very disapointing so far

and our goaltending cooled down again  ..those 2 things are the reasons why the blues are not higher in the standings

we may consider  to upgrade our goaltending and the defence ...means ... mason is not untouchable and lindback also

further we are looking for   a solid scoring defender

Risto has definitely taken the next step...Hatty tonight and now 21 points in 29 games as a 21 year old.

Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Hamilton heating up too.

I have Risto in one of my pools and tried to get him in more. Somehow I did not see you giving him up, so never bothered here...

MSG NEWS

Dec 11th 2015

Well, it can't get any worse in the Garden, and after landing at the bottom of the GML's 30 team standings, our players have met this morning for a players only meeting, leaving me free to write a little about our future.  Currently attending the Team Canada World Junior selection camp is Dylan Strome! Dylan departed his OHL Erie Otters team for the World Junior Training camp after 25 games played...an amazing 25 games!....where he scored 16 goals and a whopping 37 assists and is currently putting up more than 2 points per game on average. Our scouts knew he could improve on last season, but this is outstanding in any league. Dylan Strome is proving himself time and again to be the player we hoped to attain in the draft, a Franchise Force. It is simply exciting to see him work and play on the ice, and this holiday season you can all enjoy him and Team Canada at the WJC's.

Filip Chlapik is quietly going about his business as an 18 year old in the QMJHL, where until recently he put up 23 points in 26 games..that is until he was called home to Europe to represent his country at the World Junior's as well. Filip will play for the Czech Republic at the tournament, and so far this season in international play he has posted 1g and 2 assists in 4 games. This kid is exciting to watch, and will be fun to see come into his own over the next two years as he approaches his 20's.

Joonas Korpisalo has been given a break, and we are thrilled to have a chance to watch him in the big show. With back to back games monday and tuesday, we might get a taste of the future in the paint.

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- The Columbus Blue Jackets have added goaltender Joonas Korpisalo to the roster on emergency recall from Cleveland’s Lake Erie Monsters, the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.

Korpisalo, 21, has gone 5-4-2 with a 2.12 goals-against average, .928 save percentage and two shutouts in 11 games with Lake Erie this season, stopping 295-of-318 shots faced. He leads AHL rookie goaltenders and is seventh overall in both goals-against average and save percentage. The Pori, Finland native is 5-6-2 with a 2.34 goals-against average and .918 save percentage in 14 career AHL games since making his North American professional debut with the Springfield Falcons late in the 2014-15 season.

Also looking to bump two other roster updates please.

- Bryan Flynn showing on my roster spreadsheet, but not pick up hockey. Dates to Nov 2knd I believe.

- Matt Hunwick missing from spreadsheet and pick up hockey. Dates to Oct 14th I believe.

Please let me know if any dates, times & documentation required?

Thanks!
