does anyone else has problems with posting on the boards?

I had some problems last night with the submit reply button saying 'saving' before I was done typing out a message....i closed the window and started from a fresh login to cdc and it was fixed, but it happened about 5 posts in a row...works fine this morning though.

Hope everything is ok with Curt and he can come back soon. Through thick and thin, he has been a rock for us here. Thanks to Mike for conveying the msg to us and the rest of the exec team for stepping up to keep this wonderful league going.

I think the key here - is everyone is stepping in to help keep this great game running for the time being.

The amount of love and respect we all have for this game is clear and we all want to keep it going.

Thank you to all the execs stepping up and taking different roles, just know I personally REALLY appreciate it.

I hope everything is okay/works out for Curt, and he comes back sooner then later to take over his role.

Exec team - thank you all so much for taking control here and making sure everything stays on track for the rest of the season, much love to you all! I

If any extra help is needed let me know.

ENTRY LEVEL CONTRACT: The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed defenseman Anthony Bitetto to a 3 year contract.

small.png Anthony Bitetto: 3 years, $ 2.775 million dollar contract ( $ 925,000.00 per season ).

The Leafs would like to thank agent Mike V, welcome Anthony to Toronto and thank him as well for committing to our franchise.   Our 5 through 8 defensemen had played some thin minutes throughout the season, but with the additions of Wideman, DuMoulin, and Bitetto we're happy with the depth that is shaping up on our blueline.

Updated Leafs roster:

Josh Bailey – Pavel Datsyuk - Brock Nelson
Boone Jenner - Mikael Backlund - Cody Eakin

Alex Wennberg – Oscar Lindberg - Brandon Pirri
Vlad Namestnikov – Jared McCann – Michael Mersch

Nick Shore

TJ Brodie L - Jacob Trouba R
Dennis Wideman L - Kris Russell L

Brian DuMoulin L – Dalton Prout R
Anthony Bitetto L - Stefan Elliott R

Jonathon Quick
Jacob Markstrom

Nice to see Kevin Fiala called up by the Preds IRL.

He had a tough Start in the AHL but warmed up in the past weeks.

Hope he can Show up a Bit in the Big League and get some experience , specially for the next season.

The Blues cant use his Services this season since we have send him to the Juniors.

Would be nice if we could send a line like ehlers - fiala - sprong into the Rink next year.

CONTRACT EXTENSION: The Ottawa Senators have extended the contract of forward Logan Couture to a four year deal.

small.png Logan Couture: 4 years, $ 26.0 million dollar contract ( $ 6,500,000.00 per season ).

* deal includes a limited no-movement-clause ( player will provide list of 10 teams he will accept a trade to ).

Point of clarification for waivers: if you state in the waiving post that it is for the purpose of reassignment to the minors, I will include that in the notice, as above with Washington, but if you do not specifically state that you are waiving to reassign the player, he will remain on your active roster until you assign him.

Most of us will understand that this is because you can waive a player but still have the option to not assign him, so it can't be automatic.
