NHL announces home openers for 2015-16 season

NEW YORK – The National Hockey League today announced the home openers for all 30 clubs for the 2015-16 regular season. The League's complete 1,230-game schedule will be released tomorrow – Thursday, June 25 – at 10 a.m. ET.

Calgary Flames: Wednesday, Oct. 7 vs. Vancouver
Carolina Hurricanes: Saturday, Oct. 10 vs. Detroit

Looks like we're going to get back to back chance against Calgary this season. Hopefully we come out strong, looking for redemption and take the first two games of the season from them. Then we follow up with the Ducks so at least the beginning of the season won't be boring!

Wow Calgary Calgary Anaheim... Could we have asked for a better 3 games?

I know if it was Chicago Boston Chicago that'd be great too, but I prefer reap competition. We'd spank Chicago ad Anaheim as usual
